Terms of Use
1. The game
Word Search Haven ("the game") is published by Fruxinfo ("we", "us"). By installing or playing it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell or distribute the game or its artwork, word lists, sounds or code, or use them to build another product.
3. Free to play, supported by ads
The game is free. It shows advertisements, some of which you choose to watch in exchange for in-game items. There are no in-app purchases and nothing in the game costs real money. Coins, boosters, hearts and unlocked packs have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be adjusted if we rebalance the game.
4. Your progress
Progress is saved only on your device. We cannot restore it if you uninstall the game, change phones or clear the app's data. We are not liable for lost progress.
5. Fair play
Please do not tamper with the game's storage, use automation, or interfere with the ads. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the game at any time.
6. Content and third parties
Ads are provided by Google AdMob under its own terms; we do not control advertisers' content. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fruxinfo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Privacy
How data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above will change and continued play means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Gujarat, India.
